Booking Terms and Conditions
Below are the booking and cancellation terms and conditions for Casas Green Ordesa

When making a booking
When you make a booking (by phone, email or online), you will be asked to provide your full personal details (first name and surname, ID number, home address, email address and contact telephone number)

To confirm your booking
To confirm your booking, you will need to pay a deposit equivalent to one night’s stay (by bank transfer or card). Once the deposit has been paid, you will receive an email confirming your booking.

Outstanding payment
The remaining balance is to be paid on arrival at the accommodation (you can pay in cash or by card).

Check in online
Before arrival (via online check-in) or in person at reception, you must complete the mandatory guest registration form, listing all persons who will be staying at the accommodation (including minors).

Condiciones de reserva
To confirm a booking, guests will be asked to pay a deposit equivalent to one night’s stay. Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. Guests will be required to pay the full cost of the booking if they cancel within 7 days of the arrival date.

Estancias mínimas
The second half of July and the month of August: 7 nights. Christmas: 4 nights. Dates coinciding with New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day: 7 nights. Regional or national bank holidays: minimum stay of the entire holiday period, with arrival always on a Friday or the day before the first public holiday. All other dates: 2 nights.
Stays shorter than these minimum stays may be booked, subject to availability between bookings.
